Bunny Bark is a fun and festive Easter candy made by swirling colorful melted candy wafers inside metal cookie cutters and decorating with assorted sweets. The marbled chocolate shapes set into adorable bunny designs that are perfect for gifting, Easter baskets, or holiday treats. With simple ingredients and no baking required, this easy candy project is great for kids and adults alike.
Place assorted candies in bowls nearby and within reach for sprinkling.
Place each color of candy wafers into separate microwave-safe bowls.
Heat each bowl in 30-second intervals until the candy is melted and can be stirred until smooth.
Prepare the bunny-shaped cookie cutters with foil
Lay a bunny cookie cutter in the center of a small sheet of aluminum foil. Fold and scrunch the foil tightly around the edges of the cookie cutter shape.
Smooth the foil on the inside so the melted candy will lay flat.
Repeat with remaining shapes, and then place on a baking sheet.
Fill cookie cutters with melted, swirled candy wafers
Using spoons, dollop alternating colors of the melted candy wafers into the prepared cookie cutters. Shake the baking sheet gently to level the chocolate.
Use a toothpick to swirl the colors together for a marbled effect.
Decorate and refrigerate
Sprinkle assorted candies on top of the melted chocolate.
Transfer the baking sheet to the refrigerator to allow the chocolate to set.
When the candy is firm, gently remove the foil and push the chocolate through the bottom of the cutter.
If the bark won’t budge, gently bend the edges of the cookie cutter outward until the chocolate releases.
