Welcome to my world of nonpareils! I started this blog in 2009 as a self-taught baker, desserts enthusiast and novice photographer. Today I’m a cookbook author, freelance recipe developer and photographer working my way towards becoming a qualified pastry chef. It’s my personal mission to learn all I can about baking and pastry, and to share it with you!
On Sprinkle Bakes you'll find all kinds of sweet recipes for all skill sets. Novice in the kitchen? Try my Salty-Sweet Peanut Butter Cup Bars. Need to brush upon your cupcake decorating? Try these easy piping techniques. Here for the sprinkles? Try my Rice Krispie Treat Sprinkle Cake. Feeling creative? How about these Mehndi Inspired Spice Cookies? Want a cake that will knock someone's socks off? Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake Cheesecake will do the trick.
Let's be friends.

If you leave a question in one of my posts, I will make every effort to reply. Most likely the response will be in the same post (so check back!) or if you have a blog I will leave a comment there.
